Odette & Troy: Met in Paris, Married at Centennial Beach

Oh my GOODNESS!! The CUTEST CAT EVER!! This is Odette's cat....he was so relaxed and loved the camera.....oh he's so cute!

With that said, Odette and Troy actually met in Paris! How romantic! They live in Montreal, but decided to have the wedding in Vancouver at the Cammidge house at Centennial Beach in Boundary Bay.

Odette and her ladies got ready at her parents' house in Ladner. We went for a more dramatic look during the getting ready session with the girls.

Getting ready eh? Playing some Wii before things get serious! A good way to relax!

The handsome troy and Kat's favorite flower: Calla Lilies!

Oh yeah, Troy is an identical twin! This made for some really fun shots!

Fun shots such as this! Troy's twin did this at his wedding, so they asked to do it at Troy's! Must be fun being a twin...!

Their ceremony was so intimate with about 15 people, some standing, some sitting, right on the beach.

Some time with the bride and groom only...

The Cammidge House is a great heritage building to shoot at.

So who likes to jump?

We were happy to find all sorts of backgrounds at this beach in Boundary Bay.

We loved this color scheme.....kind matches our logo eh?

Oh the ceremony was a blast! Everyone was having a great time!

Thank you Odette and Troy for a great day, we loved hanging out with you on your wedding day! All the best to both of you in Montreal!

Kiley & Brian: Lights, Camera, Action

An early start to the day for Kiley and her girls at the Blo Hair Salon downtown Vancouver. Some were slightly under the weather and in need of Day Quil :(

Both Kiley and Brian are volunteers at the Granville Island Performance Works, and suitably had their wedding there. The ceremony was on the Amphitheater lawn. Such a great idea!

And sealed with a kiss! Another really cool dress! Red seems to be a theme this year!

We just had too. The sun, the shades, the dress...so ideal for a shot like this.

Underground parking lot! Such a great location for creatives! We use them all the time!

Whoa, some of these guys know how to jump high!

A cuddly moment...

Again, another parking lot!

Super stoic. Brian looks "guud"!

This was a cool hall to shoot in, the Performance Works was great because they had use of the lights and gobos used for theater productions!

Rim lighting. Always a favorite for Dan.

And the party begins! Brian.....! Nice moves!

You gotta twirl with a dress like that! Cute flower girl! Her dress was made to match Kiley's dress! How adorable....!!

Oh everyone had moves at this wedding!

Kiley and Brian! You two had a fantastic wedding, we were looking forward to it all summer! You and your friends were so much fun, thank you thank you thank you for sharing that day with us.

All the best to you both!

Faye & Greg: Lady in Red Navy Style

Faye and Greg are in the Navy reserve where their intimate ceremony took place. This wedding was in August, but it looks like fall! This day was so much fun, Faye and Greg are a sassy couple with wicked taste; a red wedding dress. COOL!

The navy reserve base was open for guests only; a really beautiful and intimate ceremony!

What a great shot! This dress is amazing, we took full advantage of this unique wedding dress! Great pose Faye!

In the limo on our way to the Shangri-la Hotel downtown Vancouver. This couple is too cool! We definitely stopped traffic for the shot in the water, and so many by-standers had their cameras out! Dan and I got our feet wet for that one too!

We are stunned at this shot!!! It couldn't be any better.

Again at the Shangri-la. Everything came in to place this day. Sweet architecture, sweet clouds, and a sweet couple with their sweet wedding party.

Seriously! This group was a BLAST!! So many laughs this day! We headed to Gastown for these shots, and the red dress just fit the backdrops so well.

We barely had to pose these two! They knew exactly what they wanted and gave every pose 150%.

Right before jumping on the boat!

These two and their friends are goofs! Look at Greg's speedo gift....very nice!

And a beautiful sunset, we just had to pull them away from the party for some creatives...

Faye and Greg's first dance was on the deck outside on the boat; no ceiling to bounce our flashes off...so we rimmed them instead!

Instead of a guest signing book, Faye and Greg had this awesome idea of having their guests sign paper laterns, and before the boat docked, they released 3 of these laterns into the sky. What a great way to end the night!

Thank you BOTH for such a great day! We had the greatest time with you and your wedding party. Everyone was so kind and Kat reunited with an old highschool friend! Small world!

The best to both of you, hope your honeymoon was a BLAST!!

Amy & Ken: Drama & Fancy shoes

Amy and Ken are the sweetest couple! We shot their pseudo-engagement session a while back with both of them in full attire. It was an amazing session and we looked forward to their wedding! And here we are! Amy and her sisters got ready at their parents' house in Burnaby where the first tea ceremony took place. Dan and I loved this room we shot in....nothing better than great light and a beautiful bride!

Sweet shoes. That's all that can be said.

Too cute!

Ken and his two brothers before entering Amy's house

Two tea ceremonies took place; one at Amy's house, another at Ken's house. Cute little Ebi was included too! (the little Chihuahua!)

Josephine Lee played this beautiful harp at the ceremony at the MacMillan Space Museum.

It's official!

We snuck up to the museum to photograph on this cool car.

And of course the Space Museum's crab! Such a cool structure

Some time alone with the bride and groom. This staircase was in the museum. Many great backdrops at this location!
